Admissions
Dear New and Prospective Parents,
On behalf of the community of St. Joseph School,
I would like to wish you a very warm welcome. Whether you are visiting
our web site to learn more about our school, or you have already
made a decision to become a part of our community, I am sure that
you will find St. Joseph School to be a wonderful place for children
to learn and grow in a loving, faith-based environment. Our teachers,
support staff, clergy and parish community work together with parents
to make our school the best possible place for each of our students.
Because many different areas and topics of
interest are covered in different parts of our web site, I will
not try to discuss them all here. However, there are three things
that I would like to emphasize. First, education at St. Joseph School
is very strongly tied to our Catholic Christian Faith. We believe
that the teachings of Christ are the foundation upon which to build
our children’s education. This is a place where children grow
with and through the support of a loving God. Secondly, St. Joseph
School is blessed with an experienced, skilled and highly qualified
staff. All of our teachers and support staff are called to the ministry
of education through their love for children. Together we strive
to make learning at St. Joseph School a successful endeavor for
each child. Thirdly, you should know that parents are highly involved
in virtually every aspect of our school program. We believe that
parents are the primary educators of their children and we encourage
them to be active at school. The interaction of the Catholic Faith,
dedicated educators and involved parents work together to make St.
Joseph School a special place for our students.
